Residents of the community are welcomed and encouraged to utilize the Village parks and facilities. Teal Park, Sullivan Park, and our ball fields on Mill St. and Thorne St. are all available to use for private parties and events.

Download and print the attached Use of Facilities Form and bring it into Village Hall.
Applicants should pay close attention to the liability insurance requirement. All Use of Facilities applications must include a Certification of Insurance naming the Village of Horseheads as an additional insured.
