Please be advised that the Village of Horseheads Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 21^st, 2024, at 6:05 p.m. regarding an application from Kevin McFall for a Special Use Permit to operate an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary operation at 950 Chemung Street (former Denny’s restaurant), Horseheads, NY. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
