Planning Board

The Planning Board is responsible for providing advisory recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees or Village Zoning Board of Appeals related to community planning and zoning. They have full authority to make investigations, maps, reports, and recommendations in connection with the planning and development of the Village as deemed desirable. 

Board Members

Members and the chairperson of the Planning Board are appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees. In the absence of a chairperson the Planning Board may designate a member to serve as the interim chairperson.

The Village Planning Board consists of five members, and two alternates. The current Board Members are:

• Tom Rupp
• Don Murphy- Alternate
• Mark Terpolilli- Alternate

Planning Board Meetings

Applications for the Planning Board must be received by the 3rd Monday of each month to be reviewed. If it is received after that date, the meeting will be held the next month. Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 4:00pm, as needed.
