Evictions

Information regarding eviction can be found on the New York State Unified Court Systems webpage

The Village handles the following types of eviction:

• Non-payment proceedings (eviction for non-payment of rent only)
• Holdover proceedings (Eviction for any other grounds than non-payment of rent) 
• Other grounds as permitted by law

You will be required to pay a $40.00 filing fee.
